TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow in colour, aromas of poached quince and ripe pear lift from the glass, layered with notes of lemon curd and delicate citrus peel. The palate is creamy and well-rounded, with flavours of stone fruit and citrus carried by a smooth, textural mouthfeel. A gentle richness is balanced by fresh acidity, leading to a clean and lingering finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Fruit was sourced from our young Fiano block, planted just three years ago and consisting of only 12 rows, making production extremely limited. The fruit was hand-picked, gently pressed and transferred to seasoned French oak for wild fermentation, before maturing in barrel for six months prior to bottling.

VINTAGE
The Swan Valley experienced near-perfect vintage conditions, with warm days and cool nights contributing to even ripening. This allowed for optimal flavour development and enhanced intensity, balance, and character.
