TASTING NOTES
Aromatics of citrus rind, lemon sherbet, and talcum powder, the palate has a clean minerality, exuding sherbet powder with pristine refreshing finish and citron press.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Hand picked from a small vineyard on the northern outskirts of Harvey in the Geographe region. The fruit is lively and characteristic of all the wonderful flavour nuances you can expect from a Vermentino. Pure soft pressed free-run juice, cool fermented for 3 weeks in stainless steel.

VINTAGE
2025 vintage in the south west region of Geographe was warm. A combination of hot and dry days and cool evenings resulted in ideal ripening conditions for this small vineyard. The caliber of fruit is exceptional, providing excellent structure, fruit clarity, and concentration.
