It exhibits a delicious bouquet of sour cherries and redskin licorice, delightfully coating the palate with an array of fresh red berries, cherries and raspberries, leading swiftly into a softy and juicy finish with silky tannins.

WINEMAKING NOTES
A light-bodied red wine is akin to a Beaujolais with balanced acidity and low tannin. Crafted from Mencia, Grenache, Tempranillo, Malbec, Arinto, Shiraz, Gamay and Montepulciano. The Symbolist is a light and delicate wine that can be served chilled. 

VINTAGE
Warmer conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest get underway beginning of January. This resulted in optimum fruit ripeness of excellent quality from well-managed blocks.
