WINEMAKING NOTES 
Sourced from 100% Swan Valley fruit, these wines have been crafted from a Solera dating back to 1976. Each wine sits in the “Rare” classification as they are approximately 35 years average age. Blended using a Solera system to retain freshness and fruit expression of the wines. Held in seasoned casks, the key is to retain the natural vibrancy of the wine whilst aging gracefully.

TASTING NOTES
A traditional solera system from the 1970s has been used to produce this exceptional fortified wine. Made from Swan Valley shiraz, this rich and powerful tawny imparts concentrated black fruit flavors with hints of dark chocolate and coffee.
