TASTING NOTES
A vibrant and aromatic wine with lifted notes of freshly crushed gooseberry, ripe guava, zesty citrus peel, and grapefruit. The palate follows through with intense lemon and a subtle snow pea edge, weaving into flavours of tropical fruit salad. Bright citrus and guava notes are supported by balanced freshness and lively, youthful acidity, creating an energetic and seamless profile with impressive length.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Made from 100% free-run juice, the wine was cold settled and fermented with X5 yeast to enhance aromatic expression and complexity. It was vinified entirely in stainless steel to retain freshness and purity of fruit, then matured on fine lees for three months to build texture and mouthfeel.

VINTAGE
The Swan Valley experienced near-perfect vintage conditions, with warm days and cool nights contributing to even ripening. This allowed for optimal flavour development and enhanced the intensity, balance, and character.
