TASTING NOTES
The nose is vibrant with red apple, honeysuckle, and jasmine, complemented by tropical fruit salad. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, generous, and complex, with white peaches and cream, and a hint of Bellini—smooth, refreshing character. The finish is soft and lingering, with a delicate talcy note.

WINEMAKING NOTES
This wine is made from free-run grape juice sourced from our 1954 Verdelho block, 1963 Chenin Blanc block, and 1984 Chardonnay block. The juice was fermented in stainless steel, undergoing a cool fermentation to preserve fresh, vibrant flavours. It was then aged on lees for 3 months, enhancing complexity and mouthfeel.

VINTAGE
The Swan Valley experienced near-perfect vintage conditions, with warm days and cool nights contributing to even ripening. This allowed for optimal flavour development and enhanced the intensity, balance, and character.
