WINEMAKING NOTES 
Sourced from 100% Swan Valley fruit, these wines have been crafted from a Solera dating back to 1976. Each wine sits in the “Rare” classification as they are approximately 35 years average age. Blended using a Solera system to retain freshness and fruit expression of the wines. Held in seasoned casks, the key is to retain the natural vibrancy of the wine whilst aging gracefully.

TASTING NOTES
This Topaque has been ageing gracefully in a traditional solera system since 1976. Crafted from Muscat, this fortified has an intense array of complex fruit characters with burnt toffee and roasted coffee notes that lead into a rich, viscous mouthfeel.
