The fruit for this wine was sourced from Australia's most isolated wine region, Frankland River. The 2022 vintage conditions were mild, with hot and dry days that led into cool evenings. These ideal conditions have provided fruit with excellent structure, fruit clarity and concentration.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Very early press cut 100% free run grape juice, cold fermented in tank with EC1118 yeast fermented for 3 weeks at 11°C

TASTING NOTES
Expect lifted floral notes, with lime blossom and bath salts on the nose, and a linear acid drive on the palate with lime and lemon zest with an intense minerality. This wine pairs well with oysters and any shell fish.
