TASTING NOTES
Medium ruby red in colour, with lifted aromas of sage, red berries, and bright floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with a soft tannin structure, showing raspberry and cranberry layered with subtle savoury characters. Fruit-driven and expressive, it reveals hints of dark chocolate, fresh berry compote, and rich preserves. Juicy and approachable, with round, supple tannins, this easy-drinking Mediterranean-style wine finishes smooth and satisfying.

WINEMAKING NOTES 
Whole bunch destemmed, crushed, all varietals co fermented, open top fermenters for a 10 day ferment. Pressed to second use puncheon’s, finished with malo fermentation.

VINTAGE
Across Western Australia, the 2023 vintage provided the perfect growing conditions for Chenin Blanc, producing fruit of excellent quality and intensity.
