Regional Sparkling Chenin Blanc 2022
        Regional Sparkling Chenin Blanc 2022
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw with green hues. The nose offers enticing autolytic notes of freshly baked bread and apple strudel. The palate is medium-bodied, showing vibrant red apple and lemon curd flavours, leading to a dry, biscuity finish with excellent length and finesse.
WINEMAKING NOTES
The base wine is crafted from Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from our 1963 block, harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks before the wine was tiraged in bottle and aged on lees for 18 months in our underground cellar.
VINTAGE
Great conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest commence in late January. This resulted in optimum fruit ripeness of excellent quality from well-managed blocks.
