TASTING NOTES 
The bouquet bursts with vibrant black fruit and boysenberry, layered with hints of star anise and soft licorice. On the palate, rich mulberry flavors are supported by soft tannins and subtle spicy oak. This full-bodied wine finishes with a dense grip of cherry, dark chocolate, and a touch of rocky road, offering impressive length and complexity.

WINEMAKING NOTES
The grapes were harvested in small bunches and fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. After a gentle pressing, the wine was transferred to 20% new and seasoned French oak, as well as Croatian oak, where it matured for 18 months. The final blend was created and bottled in August 2024.

VINTAGE
Across Western Australia, the 2023 vintage provided the perfect growing conditions for Shiraz, producing fruit of excellent quality and intensity.
