TASTING NOTES
An enticing nose of fresh tropical yellow fruits, essence of jasmine and hints of fresh salad. This lively and youthful chardonnay exhibits a flinty, linear minerality on the palate that is citrus driven with engaging tropical grapefruit characters. Subtle notes of cashews and crunchy nectarine to finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES
The wine was gently pressed to tank before undergoing a three-week fermentation. It was then racked to a selection of new and seasoned French oak barrels, where it matured for nine months prior to bottling.

VINTAGE
Warm weather conditions resulted in optimum fruit ripening conditions in what was a quick vintage.
