TASTING NOTES
Bright and lifted aromas of citrus zest, lemon oil, red apple, nectarine, and delicate stone fruits lead seamlessly into a finely balanced palate. A talc-like texture carries layers of crisp pomme fruit, with subtle hints of just-ripe strawberry and granny smith apple adding freshness and crunch. The wine finishes long and aromatic, generous yet refined.

WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit was picked from our 1963 plantings, plot #7 of rare old chenin blanc vines, matured on fine lees before being bottled in July 2025. The depth and generosity from the characters of the old vine is evident in every sip on this stunning wine.

VINTAGE 
Warmer conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest get underway beginning of January. This resulted in optimum fruit ripeness of excellent quality from well managed blocks.
