TASTING NOTES
Lifted aromas of blackberry and dark blue fruits lead the nose, layered with black liquorice and subtle spicy oak. The palate is full-bodied and richly expressive, revealing blood plum and dark fruit characters interwoven with hints of chocolate and liquorice. Spicy oak adds depth, while firm tannins provide structure and length. Bold yet balanced, this wine finishes long and satisfying, with excellent potential to reward careful cellaring over the coming years.

WINEMAKING NOTES
Open fermented, plunged twice daily, Aged in old and new French Oak for 14 months.

VINTAGE 
2024 vintage in the south west region of Geographe was warm. A combination of hot and dry days and cool evenings resulted in ideal ripening conditions for this small vineyard. The caliber of fruit is exceptional, providing excellent structure, fruit clarity, and concentration.
