TASTING NOTES
This refreshingly balanced wine is bright straw yellow in color, with an autolytic and pastry aroma. Expect a crisp and tart palate, pome-fruit and red apple, with a lemon curd finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES
The base is made from Chenin Blanc in stainless steel tanks and bottle fermented in the Traditional Method, The fruit was bright and picked at the perfect time. Made with EC1118 yeast, then spent 14 months on lees and stored underground, at 17°C.

VINTAGE
Warmer conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest commence in early January. This resulted in optimum fruit ripeness of excellent quality from well-managed blocks.
