TASTING NOTES
Deep red, with magenta hues and beautiful nose of delicious peppered plums that merge into succulent blue and black juicy, rich fruits with a subtle hint of oak influence. With the palate displaying opulent characters while being plush, where the three grape varieties are masterfully interwoven to build a complete and approachable palate. The tannins are generous, yet silky and smooth. This is plushness at its finest.
WINEMAKING NOTES
This beautifully balanced wine was meticulously crafted from cool climate shiraz in Frankland River, Malbec from the warmer climes of the Perth Hills and old vine Grenache from our historic Swan Valley blocks. This shiraz predominant red blend oozes layers of plush red fruits on the palate that expertly weave into a beautiful soft, juicy blend.
VINTAGE
Warmer conditions compared to previous vintages saw harvest commence early in January. This resulted in optimum fruit ripeness of excellent quality from well managed blocks.
