WINEMAKING NOTES
A light-bodied red wine is akin to a Beaujolais with balanced acidity and low tannin. Crafted from Mencia, Grenache, Tempranillo, Malbec, Arinto, Shiraz, Gamay and Montepulciano. The Symbolist is a light and delicate wine that can be served chilled.

TASTING NOTES
It exhibits a delicious bouquet of sour cherries and redskin licorice, delightfully coating the palate with an array of fresh red berries, cherries and raspberries, leading swiftly into a softy and juicy finish with silky tannins.
